Cancellation policy

- Your request must be submitted by email to
- Up to 48 hours before your arrival, your deposit can be fully deferred for a future stay within the year or year N+1 OR refunded less a €45 cancellation fee for a reservation made online OR refunded less a €35 cancellation fee for a direct reservation.

No refunds or postponements will be made in the following cases :
No-show on the scheduled arrival date
Late cancellation less than 48 hours before the arrival date
Early departure of a reservation made online

Reservations, regardless of their origin, will be payable in euros only.

Promotional offers are non-refundable.
